This vase is of Alberta Paper Birch, turned very thin to accommodate the ribbon cut outs and piercing. The solid interior has been air brushed with acrylic paints and I have used a marbling technique to embellish the outside.
All vases in this Marbled Series are turned using the Captive Boring Bar. They range in size from 10 to 16 inches tall and 5 to 8 inches in diameter.
